As the Director at Creagy, she steers a highly-skilled team of consultants, specializing in crafting bespoke climate strategies for a diverse range of clients in the private sector, including banking, retail, and oil and gas industries. Her leadership has consistently resulted in meaningful reductions in carbon footprints and the advancement of climate resilience for businesses and organizations.

Kannikar’s forte extends beyond corporate consulting; she is an adept advocate for sustainable policy change. Her liaisons with government bodies and industry associations have been pivotal in forwarding sustainability initiatives on both a national and international scale. Her prolific contributions include groundbreaking studies in climate finance and policy, as well as key advisory roles for various public-sector agencies.

Before joining Creagy, Kannikar served as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Energy for Environment Foundation (E for E) in Thailand. Here, she led the policy team responsible for conceptualizing renewable energy policies that were later implemented by the Ministry of Energy. Under her guidance, the Foundation's Green Energy Mechanism (GEM) program mobilized over 100 million THB to fund renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in rural areas, underscoring her commitment to holistic and equitable sustainable development. Additionally, she played a key role in supporting the Foundation in managing the ESCO venture capital fund, which provided over 600 million THB to finance renewable energy and energy efficiency investments.
