Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive research on climate risk and climate strategy topics, utilizing diverse sources of information, data sets, and academic literature.
  • Analyze and synthesize climate-related data to generate analytical frameworks, and methodologies for our in-house knowledge hub.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine climate risk and strategic analytics tools, climate knowledge hub, and training materials, contributing to their design, implementation, and testing.
  • Monitor and assess emerging trends, policies, standards, and developments in climate change to keep the knowledge hub up-to-date and relevant.
  • Support the execution of consulting projects for our consultants, providing them with sound judgement and technicality.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of technical capability of our company.


Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a master's degree in environmental science, climate science, physical sciences, engineering, sustainability, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a research-intensive environment, consulting firm, or think tank.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in understanding complex concept and executing research and development initiatives in a small unit environment.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in statistics, mathematical modelling, and familiarity with relevant software tools. Ability to code in popular high-level programming languages is a plus.
  • Research Skills: Proven ability to handle open-end research questions, analyze complex data, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment.

  • Greenhouse Gas Accounting: You'll be involved in conducting GHG emissions inventories, developing a detailed understanding of a client's carbon footprint.
  • Climate Risk Assessment: Assess and analyze climate-related financial risks and opportunities, developing a comprehensive understanding of client's climate risk profile.
  • Target and KPI Setting: You'll help define ambitious yet achievable climate targets, aligning them with recognized initiatives like SBTi and mapping out the KPIs to track progress.
  • Climate Strategy Formulation: Work collaboratively to devise effective climate strategies tailored to the client's needs and potential, preparing them for a sustainable transition.
  • Implementation and Management: Post strategy formulation, you'll help in overseeing the strategy implementation, managing timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Climate Disclosures: Assist clients in enhancing their transparency through climate-related financial disclosures in line with TCFD recommendations.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to projects focused on climate law, finance, and policy, engaging with public sectors or international organizations to develop strategies, regulations, and implementation plans that support climate funding, energy transition, carbon neutrality, and net-zero emissions.
  • Develop expertise in energy efficiency, e-mobility, and renewable energy policies, and integrate this knowledge into project strategies and solutions.
  • Design and develop project proposals, including methodology, implementation plans, task descriptions, budgets, and team structures.
  • Oversee project implementation, delegate tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
  • Analyze project objectives and scope, critically assess key issues, limitations, potential strategies, and develop practical solutions to support clients in climate mitigation, adaptation, and enabling environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from public and private sectors to ensure accuracy, accountability, and transparency in project outcomes.
  • Support business development activities to build and maintain a robust pipeline of advisory work.
  • Represent Creagy in key meetings, workshops, learning sessions, webinars, and seminars to promote and advance climate solutions.


Qualifications:
