  • Monitor and keep up-to-date with energy policy and measures, particularly for renewable energy and energy storage
  • Analyze and evaluate renewable energy policy & energy storage against the selected indicators
  • Develops methodology and project evaluation process to review projects in many different markets
  • Develops regional market subject matter expertise with utility grid services programs such as, but not limited to; demand response, ancillary services, etc.
  • Prepares modeling and project evaluation output for client presentations, RFP’s and other documents as required
  • Review best practices with regards to energy policy monitoring & evaluation from other countries.
  • Carry out research and data collection. Develop indicators for tracking energy policy performance against Thailand Energy Trilemma Index (i.e. energy security, economy and sustainability)
  • Develop recommendations to resolve issues and provide guidance for future energy policy
  • Prepare reports and presentations to layout the result of the study
  • Organize focus group, stakeholder consultation& seminar to disseminate the results of the study
  • Establish and maintain contact with representatives of government officials, businesses and industries
  • Manage consulting assignments, including outlining and drafting deliverables, defining analyses, collaborating with other consultants and taking responsibility for final work product

Qualification requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
  • Strong analytical skill with an ability to communication difficulty issue/topic
  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to produce quality work products with attention to detail
